Digital products
Ebooks and audiobooks are digital downloads and cannot be refunded. Please use the provided samples to determine if the digital item in question right for you before you purchase. In the event of an accidental duplicate order placed within 48 hours, we will issue a refund for the duplicate item.
Physical products
Returns are offered for damaged items, provided you contact us within seven days of receiving your product (based on tracking information). If you receive a damaged item, please email admin@sarahchislon.com and include your name, order number, and photo of the damaged item. We will be happy to issue a refund or resend the item, whichever you prefer.
